Privacy Policy
This page explains the public website and product direction for TexChat. Formal commercial agreements, enterprise contracts or regional terms may add more specific rules.
Information You Provide
When you contact TexChat, book a demo or request access, you may provide your name, company, email, phone, region, business type, workflow needs and message content.
Workspace Data
TexChat is designed as a company workspace for textile business records such as customers, suppliers, products, inquiries, PI, documents, shipment, finance, communication and workflow notes.
Personal Tools
Android personal tools such as notes, personal ledger, card wallet, personal files and personal calendar are designed to remain separate from company workspace data unless supported sync or sharing options are intentionally enabled by the user.
AI-assisted Work
TexChat AI Team may help search, summarize, draft and recommend based on permitted business context. AI output should be reviewed by users before it is used for sensitive customer, order, payment, inventory, document or deletion actions.
Local Cache and Cloud Sync
TexChat is designed for faster access and multi-device consistency. Some common records may be cached locally for speed while cloud records remain the main workspace source for team use.
Data Separation
TexChat is designed to separate personal account data, company workspace data, communication records, AI work, mobile personal tools and platform administration metadata.
Third-Party Services
Deployment, analytics, payment, form, email, file storage, AI model or support services may process limited technical, contact or business information according to the service configuration and applicable agreements.
Data Security
TexChat intends to use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect business contact information and workspace data when data collection and SaaS services are formally implemented.
