This page explains the public website and expected SaaS service direction for TexChat. Formal commercial agreements, paid subscriptions, enterprise deployment or regional arrangements may include additional terms.

Website Use

This website presents TexChat as a textile business workspace with Web access, Android companion, communication, trade documents, AI Team, electronic library, mobile tools and data trust direction.

Subscription Plans

TexChat may offer Basic, Professional, Intelligence and Enterprise plans. Public pricing is intended to use global unified USD pricing unless otherwise stated. Features, limits, included users, AI credits, regional access and support options may change as the product develops.

Trial Access

TexChat may provide trial workspaces so teams can experience the product before choosing a paid plan. Trial access may be limited, changed or terminated according to product readiness, security, abuse prevention or commercial policy.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of the business data, files, communication records and instructions they create or upload in TexChat.

Business Data

Customers should retain responsibility for their own business records. TexChat may process such data to provide the SaaS service, support, security, troubleshooting and product improvement according to applicable agreements.

AI Output

AI-assisted features may generate drafts, summaries, recommendations, classifications or action suggestions. AI output should be reviewed by users. Sensitive business actions should require appropriate user confirmation and permission control.

File Uploads

Users should only upload files they have the right to use. Uploaded product images, documents, certificates, commercial records or trade files should not violate third-party rights or laws.

Service Availability

Website content, app access, SaaS modules, regional setup, Android distribution, desktop app direction, AI Team and enterprise options may change as TexChat continues product development.

No Commercial Agreement from Website Content

Information on this website does not by itself create a binding subscription, payment agreement, service-level commitment, implementation contract or legal warranty.

Intellectual Property

TexChat brand, website copy, visual assets, product materials and software content are owned by their respective rights holders. Unauthorized copying or misuse is not permitted.
